MultiChoice, the owners of DSTV and GOTV mid-week (Wednesday) announced a call for interested and prospective housemates to audition for season 5 of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) show.
The Big Brother Naija show which follows the format of the internationally acclaimed Big Brother franchise, is known to offer young Nigerian contestants a solid and credible ladder to stardom, by providing a platform to showcase their abilities and actualize their dreams; as they compete for a large cash prize of over $150,000 at the end of the show; provided they work hard and impress and avoid eviction from the house.

Auditions for the Multichoice sponsored African reality show are to be conducted entirely online as announced on the official show broadcaster’s website.
Understanding the times, we are living in, there has been a twist in how auditions are to be taken on as all Big Brother Naija Season 5 audition are to be online; away from the traditional method of collecting and filling physical forms.
The online audition process started Wednesday, May 20th and is to go on till Saturday, May 30th, 2020. During the audition process; there are a few simple steps to be followed and these are:
Aspirants are expected to record a two-minute video of themselves stating why they should be picked to be a Housemate in season 5 of Big Brother Naija. Having recorded their video, they are then to fill out the online registration form and upload their video afterwards.
The online audition is free and open to interested male and female participants, who are of Nigerian nationality with a valid Nigerian passport, and must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2020.
