Ykee Benda’s new signing Dre Cali in the month of June shared a smooth love joint titled ‘Ebisooka N’ebisembayo’ featuring renowned saxophonist, Joseph Sax.

In ‘Ebisooka N’ebisembayo’ (loosely translated to mean ‘The First and The Last’) Dre Cali goes all out as he describes the beauty of this perfect woman. In the new release, he uses nature to lay down this perfect picture that we can’t stop imagining.

Dre Cali also promises to love her to eternity. The lyrics are perfect for lovers and Joseph Sax does justice with the saxophone in the background. The audio was produced by Big Omah at Mpaka Records, and according to the comments, fans may have just found their new favorite love song.

Being the first artiste to sign under Ykee Benda, Dre Cali has been doing so well; more so with ‘Ebisooka N’ebisembayo’ receiving massive airplay, with some fans even dedicating it to their loved ones on music request shows. It is safe to say, it has become a lovers’ anthem.

Dre has been sharing teasers of the possible release of the accompanying music video to his smash hit single; keeping in mind that its lyrics video was already out. The new video’s release happened earlier today at 10am and he announced so on his socials:

The ‘Ebisooka N’ebisembayo’ music video has a total play timeof 3inutes and 55 seconds. It was uploaded to the Mpaka Records’ YouTube channel; the record label to which Dre Cali is signed. From the first impression, the video appears to have been shot at an island. I love the camera play the director did with this one. We get to see a balance of atmospheres. From the water, to a tree shade, to a sun’s sunset. Fashion wise, the vixen in the video is clad in an orange crotchet, which I’d say is synonymous with love, as it is a bright color, and a kitenge fold on her head. We are then shifted to a grassland location, where we are led to scenes of a bonfire where Dre gifts his mate a bouquet of roses; meanwhile Cali is in a plain white shirt and grey jean pants. Joseph Sax makes brief appearances in the video as he blows his saxophone of course. All the good video directing and composing was done by Director Ivash RS.

Katende Andrew Stephen a.k.a Dre Cali may describe himself as a shy fella but his lyricism isn’t. 🙃 For example, the lines in ‘Ebisooka N’ebisembayo’ do prove so. Sing along:
