In the period between March and April, Blaise Rwothomio aka Fleak Type put out an Extended Play; ‘Vybration’ EP featuring Gusha. Fleak Type, is a Ugandan producer, audio and sound engineer, artist, music analyst. He kickstarted his music career in the year 2018 with release of a single titled “Bikole” on which he featured Tkon Preezy, Tara Kayz, Keinoh and was released under the label – Paper Town Music. In the same year he worked with Za Gang music group’s Leo Kyz on track “Patricia”.
Fleak Type has also worked along other artists; GittsBeats, Keinoh, Eli Litman, Kavali King, Magz Minor and so many more.
Majoring in genres EDM(Electronic Dance Music), Trap, Afro, Pop and Dancehall, the artist/ sound engineer puts across a leading sound dubbed the “Fleak Type wave” which defines his distinct ability to blend afrobeats with a touch of pop, trap elements, drill and dancehall, the sound has proved to be relevant in the industry with positive audience reception on multiple streaming platforms.
Fleak Type has contributed efforts towards the production of albums; Odyssey (2017) and WordArt (2017) all by Ill Gee.
And just this year, he released a four track EP; ’Vybration’.

The EP opens with “Let Me Know”, a track on which Fleak features Gusha and Shadow. We later transit to “Nipende”, still with Gusha making a guest appearance on it as well, and so is the case on track #3 ‘Rosa” where we see him offer vocals to the calm, and groovy Afro pop beat and finally song #4 ‘She Got It’’ which serves as the fourth and final feature and song on the project. At the start of each song on the ‘Vybration’ Ep, you can hear Fleak Type’s intro tagline, which is simply of his name being mentioned. The project plays for a total playtime of only 10minutes and 50 seconds and the entire project was solely produced, recorded and mastered by Fleak Type.
All four songs on here are features, since Blaise Rwothomio (Fleak Type) does not sing but rather does sound engineering and production and all the other background work. Like the artwork of the EP is, the image of a lady, ‘Vybration’ on its own is a dedication of love themed songs. These even come to more life thanks to the bold vocals by Gusha, and Shadow.
