It’s no secret that Barack Obama is a huge music fan. The former President always keeps his supporters in the loop of his diverse music taste with his annual summer playlists, and now, is revealing his 2020 playlist.
Just a day after the release of his political memoir ‘The Promised Land, former US and 44th President Barack Obama yesterday celebrated the book, by accompanying it with the sharing of his annual year end playlist. The collection is a handmade reflection of the powerful songs that provided a soundtrack to his historic presidency.
The Obama unveiled collection is a star-studded 20 track playlist full of uplifting, inspirational anthems including; Beyoncé ‘s ‘Halo,’ Etta James ‘At Last,’ and Stevie Wonder ‘s ‘Sir Duke.’
The former POTUS (Obama) took to Twitter to share the songs on the playlist as well as share the “important role” they played in his life, saying:
