‘African Music’  will be the second career project from the 24-year-old who in February released her debut 5 track EP – LoFit.

The EP housed 5-tracks including hit singles ‘Repeat It’, ‘LoFit’, ‘Quinamino’, all of which already have visuals. Other songs on there were ‘Crazy Lover’, and ‘Mbinyumilwa’.

No listening events have been public announced but we know Swangz always brings in some of its trusted industry experts to listen to projects before they go out. Word out is that some selected industry critics have heard a chance to listen to the album and they are all full of quiet praises.

The album comes out globally on all streaming platforms this Saturday 9th October and fans have already been able to Pre-Order, Pre-Order and Pre-Add the album and will be able to stream it first on their preferred streaming platforms.

In addition to the album, the premium label also on Friday last week released a mini fifteen minute documentary on Azawi’s YouTube of the making of the Album where she speaks about her childhood, musical journey, highlights what inspired the album, and offers a few hints on the different people she’s worked with on the album.
