Bantu Vibes’ CXNRVD returns with Gem In I

Ugandan singer – songwriter CXNRVD has teamed up with saxophonist, Kigozi Caleb and dropped his first single of 2021 Gem In I; a futuristic track and a melodic sound.

A member of Uganda’s most exciting underground music network, Bantu Vibes, CXNRVD is an artist from Kampala, Uganda. With a diverse sonic range, Conrad -styled as CXNRVD; writes, records and produces music with a fusion of dancehall, folk and African rhythm.

CXNRVD started pursuing music professionally in 2018 with his most recent music single release being Les Go Deh. He has performed on stages such as Vibes Nzuri and opened for Nonso Amadi at his 2019 Shorts Na Leesu concert.

On the self-produced track, CXNRVD narrates a story about a character that pays attention to one’s ignorance of their potential away from the hurdles they face and taking a committed journey with them in reaching for the bars they seemed to have set so high.
