According to reports, with the recent ending of their 20-year-old journey of Bukoto based Hot 100 FM, Capital Radio Limited is rebranding it to Kiss FM, having bought it off.

Hot 100 was famed for being a Hip Hop and R’n’B radio station, that was airing under the frequency 100.9 MHz and was home to a host of talented media personalities such as Bryan McKenzie, Collins Emeka, Tumu Siime Lady Bezo, DJ Crim, DJ Gero, Captain DMS, Byg Kahuna and many others.

In spite of being home to a large roster of talented presenters, it had lost its standing with the younger audiences who made up its main market segment, and now with the rebrand, this newly announced search for radio talent could be to hire a team that will take over the airwaves for Kiss FM Uganda and bring back the youth appeal, the former was giving off over the years.

Think you got what it takes to be the next radio star, do shoot your shot and send that mock up, or better still recommend/ share the opportunity artwork or this article to a friend. Cheers.
