Also known as Bunyoro’s hits mastermind, Hanson Baliruno has continued to not only make good music but support local talented acts under his record label; Stars Empire. Like the label’s name sounds, he too is a star as he has continued to churn out sweet melodies of singles such as Oburo (Ft. Saidah kalooli), Njaga and Tondekawo (Ft. Jose Chameleon) — (my personal favorites), Yes Yes, Saala za Maama, Formula Love, Wekoleko ft Nina Roz, Formula Love, Titanic, and others.
Having held his maiden show at Kampala Serena hotel two years back, the ‘Njaga’ singer Hanson Baliruno was set to give the venue a second shot in another of a kind titled “The Sound of Hanson Baliruno Live in Concert” on the 7th of August but COVID-19 happened and gatherings of any kind were put on pause; with events inclusive. The good news is that he has new music to keep you company for the mean time. 👊🏿
His latest release being ‘For You’. In the audio that was produced by Nessim, Baliruno, sings in both Luganda and English as he assures his lady that he’s the one for her, and he wants to marry her. He says he’s been to many places but hasn’t seen none like her. On the other hand, the video was shot by Aaronaire and in it, we see Hanson exhibit good acting skills as he plays the character of a man who is truly in love which perfectly flows with the meaning of the song. Remember when I mentioned fashion goals in the title here, well yes Hanson stuns in a yellow piece alongside two other choreographers in the video. Plus, a casual outfit in a white background at some point.
Overall, the song is blended with great melodies that would catch the ear of any individual in love. But also, needless not to leave out is Nessim’s touch on this tune. ‘For You’ has a total playtime of 3minutes and 02 seconds.
As of now, both the audio and music video are already out as hinted on by Hanson:
The ‘For You’ video has so far collected over 70,659 views across YouTube. 👏🏻
