Lynda Ddane Tapped For Fireboy DML Live In Kampala Concert Event Hosting Role.

Date:

The Fireboy DML Live in Kampala concert will take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

Having won the hearts of various music lovers worldwide with his debut album, and numerous viral hits like ‘Peru’ and now ‘Playboy’, Nigerian singer, songwriter Adedamola Adefolahan also professionally known as Fireboy DML is set to grace Ugandan soil for the first time in his career late next month (April 30th).

Artwork announcing his concert here, arrived soon as the reopening of events was announced.

The ‘What If I Say’ crooner, late last week confirmed he’d be coming through for what’s been termed as the most prestigious and most anticipated event of the year in a video he shared to his socials:

Fireboy first expressed interest in performing live for his Ugandan fans back then in 2020, though the pandemic thought otherwise, hence this wasn’t able to take place.

According to the event organizers, the Fireboy Live in Kampala concert will be hosted by NTV Uganda’s Lynda Ddane, who also happens to be the presenter of D’Hook on KFM, and was most recently crowned the brand ambassador for Robertson Wine.

First appearing in the country, Fireboy DML will also share a stage with Deejay Spinny, DJ Datgy among other acts that’ll be announced as days to the concert draw closer.

Tickets to the Fireboy DML event that promises to be a newsworthy affair are going for as low as Ugx. 40,000 (early bird ordinary), and are available at Shell Select Shops, the Jumia Food App, Funz Videos centers, and online at Quicket, as organized by Deejayshi Entertainment, Malembe and being that he’s one of Guinness brand ambassadors for the ‘Black Shines Brightest’ campaign, Guinness Smooth too is on board.
