Driven by his fervor for music and acting, as an artist of many dimensions, Gisha Fabs, born Kamugisha Sogokuru Fabrice, has risen from modest beginnings in Kigali alongside his four siblings to establish himself as a formidable presence in the music and modeling industries.
His journey into the realm of modeling began in 2019 when he responded to a casting call by Eiffel Models Uganda. Inspired by his passion for acting, Gisha’s venture into the world of modeling was sparked by his bold decision to answer a casting call from Eiffel Models Uganda. His love for acting guided him toward the realm of commercial modeling, where he set out on an exciting path, guided by the expertise of model trainer Frank.
Gisha Fabs’ modeling journey has been marked by impressive triumphs, including his prestigious title as “East African Inspiring Model Of The Year.” He has graced renowned stages alongside esteemed designers and models from Uganda, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. His notable appearances include captivating showcases at the Upendo Fashion Show, Revelation, and the Gimme Love Fashion Show.
As a singer, Gisha’s affinity for music traces back to his childhood days, when he would gather local children to sing and stage performances. His ardor for music grew stronger when his breakdancing talents caught someone’s attention, earning him the moniker “Michael King Fab.” This led him to perform at school events and friends’ birthdays, igniting his desire to elevate his musical pursuits.
Noteworthy accomplishments such as establishing his own studio, B.I.M Records, stands as a significant feat, where he crafts top-tier music for himself and fellow artists have been some of the Crescendos punctuating Gisha Fabs’ musical journey.
Gisha Fabs’ discography encompasses several captivating songs. “Gimme Love” his debut single, “Yala Zinkuba” and Byina Sha (Featuring Rhythimz Key).
Throughout his journey as a model, Fabs has joined forces with diverse brands and artists and since collaborated with prestigious brands Aristry 360, Horizon Motion Pictures, Eiffel Models Ug, Pearl Screen Pictures, and Ibhendi by Evoke.
