Adele yesterday officially said hello to another world record.

Taking to press, the Guinness World Records announced that the ‘Easy on Me’ singer achieved the world for “Biggest Selling Album Worldwide of the Year.” This pertains to the release of her album ’30’ from last year.

Moreover, the new achievement has now become her sixth Guinness World Record in this era alone. In total, she has amassed a total of 46 world records.

’30’ served as the first release since Adele’s 2015 album, ’25.’ The project debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart with the year’s biggest opening week. Moreover, it has gone on to tie Olivia Rodrigo‘s ‘Sour’ as the decade’s highest-certified album in the United States.

As of reporting, the album has produced two official singles: ‘Easy on Me’ and ‘Oh My God.’ Both of which, became top 5 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
