Ehiz is taking on the mantle as the new host for Apple Music 1’s Africa Now show effective June 10th.

Nigerian TV presenter, media personality and influencer Dadaboy Ehiz has today been announced as the host of Africa Now Radio on Apple Music 1 as its 3rd season, starts Friday 10th June.

Season one of the show was hosted by Nigerian disc jokey, producer DJ Cuppy, and then season 2 by Luthando Shosha who is famously known as ‘Lootlove’.

The show’s format shall continue to run based on the Africa Now playlistAfrica Now Radio with Dadaboy Ehiz and continue to showcase the latest African sounds, be it Amapiano, Afrobeats, Highlife, Alte, Afro-House, Hip-Hop, Bongo Flava, or Kuduro.

Over its two-year run, Africa Now Radio, Apple Music Radio’s first global African music radio show, has featured exclusive interviews with some of the continent’s biggest superstars including Davido, Tems, DJ Maphorisa, Teni, CKay, Black Coffee, Joeboy, Omah Lay, Mr Eazi, Olamide, Fireboy DML, Nasty C, Yemi Alade, Tiwa Savage, Patoranking, Rema, Angelique Kidjo, Asa, Diamond Platnumz and Adekunle Gold.

Speaking about what this opportunity means to him, the 34 year old media personality has expressed his excitement for the new role saying:

Born in Lagos, Nigeria as the youngest in a family of 5, Ehizojie “Dadaboy Ehiz” Okeoguale is a bright, vibrant and charismatic presenter.
