Fireboy DML, 21 Savage & Blxst Tease New Project

Date:

Adedamola Adefolahan, professionally as Fireboy DML this week continues his world dominance, all thanks to his commercially acclaimed hit single “PERU’s remix with Ed Sheeran debuting on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at 79 this week; making him the third after Ckay’s Love Nwantiti, Amaarae & Kali Uchis’ “Sad Girlz Luv Money” and Essence (Wizkid & Tems).

He has most recently achieved milestones such as becoming the first Afrobeats singer to top the UK chart at (#1), thanks to this track’s remix again.

The “Energy” singer may be on the road for his ‘Apollo Tour’ in the US, but Fireboy DML is showing zero chances of slowing down in the year 2022.

An announcement made by his management imprint EMPIRE yesterday teased a new collab between him, with the ATL’s 21 Savage and “Chosen” hitmaker Blxst leaving many wondering whether this is to be yet another remix to the already popular “Peru”. The post read:

‘Peru Airlines’ to arrive Friday, February 11, 2022. Fireboy DMl is also set to perform in Uganda at the close of April.
