Agasha has been converting ears since the release of her debut record “Glide” and most recently “Ride” and now “Takes Time”.

For the British Columbia-based songstress, inspiration for her music comes from listening to the her favorite genres an artists, however to create “Take Time”, she shut all these out as a away of toning down on the external pressure; and that from within.

She wrote this record as a reminder for herself and all who listen to her music as a delicate reminder that we should be kinder to ourselves, and relearn how to make moves despite the fear of failure.

“Take Time” was produced by Rodney Mulindwa. Listen to the blistering anthem below:

  1. Angel Of Mine – Joshua Baraka

Joshua Baraka has been breaking boundaries from the get-go with “Baby Steps” the EP, and multiple star collaborations like “OMU”, & “I DO”, and others. He’s once again returned with his sophomore EP “Watershed” and describes it as his safe space, where he expresses his emotions with nothing but a pen and melodies. On it, he features IzabelUg on “Run” and Lagum the Rapper on “Mama I Made It”. Other records on there are “You”, and “Next to You” though a personal stand out was “Angel of Mine” in which he dishes out his overflowing love for his mother; for she is his Angle on earth. The heartstrings are further pulled in the record as she is heard saying a prayer and blessing over her son Joshua.

Bouncy-tuned vocals coupled with the melodious voice of the crooner characterize the self-produced project by Joshua Baraka and since release has since topped the Apple Music Album Chart (Uganda) and charted 4 singles on the Daily Top 100 on the Apple Music Top 100 (Uganda).
