“I just dropped my debut album raves and roses, and I must say, it’s been beautiful watching fans experience the album in all the places I’ve been. All I can use to describe the experience you guys are about to have;- in one word is a RAVE!

“Uganda, I am here and will give this show my all. Traveled from so far away not to give it my all. For so long, y’all have everything been supporting me and this will be me giving back.”, added the singer.

On what advice he has for his fellow young people, Rema had this to say: “You are the future, you are next! Sometimes it feels like the leaders don’t believe in the power of the youth. As we grow, we tend to doubt ourselves, but all I can tell you is that we have power. Secondly, believe in your power, amidst the pressure. Embrace yourself and keep it going. The ones who love you will love and those who don’t won’t. Just be YOU.

He concluded the Question & answer session by encouraging the musicians in Uganda to have healthy competition. “To the artists: Promote Unity. Even though we know the industry is competitive, we do it, but we keep it healthy.”
