Gyakie To Arrive One More Single This Friday Ahead Of Forthcoming EP Release.

Date:

Gyakie just announced new music is OTW (on the way) & as fans, we are in for a treat!

Have most recently found a new love in Gyakie’s music. Not like it wasn’t there. It was but it even keeps soaring the more, record after record. My most recently discovered track was one of her old releases ‘Sor Mi Mu’ on which she features Bisa Kde; one a friend of mine with brilliant taste in music put me on and haven’t been able to stop listening to.

Signed to Flip the Music, Gyakie grew from an amateur singer in college to winning awards on global platforms including the most recent one, Clout Africa awards and the Vodafone Ghana Music awards. Her career got an eventual explosion following her team up with fellow Afrobeats sensation Omah Lay for the remix of her break-out single “Forever”.

The talented songstress also had my heart on tunes like “Follow You” where she was enlisted alongside Chike by Fiokee, and then ‘Right Here” with Blaq Jerzee.

Led by p Prime produced mid-tempo single ‘Something”, the talented Ghananian songstress is dropping new material in form of an EP at the end of July (July 22nd); and as build up, a new record titled “For My Baby” is out Friday 1st this week.

Talented Ghanaian singer and songwriter Jackline Acheampong famously known as Gyakie introduced herself to the industry in 2020 with an Extended Play “The Seed”, and now a 6-track sophomore/follow-up project “My Dairy” the EP is what’s next on her release radar.
